Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a dedicated New Home Consultant in North Carolina to guide customers through the homebuying journey. You will showcase features, floorplans, and designs, acting as a trusted advisor with internal teams to ensure a seamless building process and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include converting visitors to buyers, educating on financing, and coordinating from initial meeting to closing, with a focus on meeting sales goals and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required; training in sales/marketing acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years of new home sales experience with a track record of success.
• Must hold and maintain state/local real estate licenses.

Responsibilities

• Convert visitors to new home communities into buyers.
• Leverage marketing resources, model homes, and realtor relationships to generate sales.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer service goals.
• Educate buyers on floorplans, financing, and community advantages.
• Serve as primary point of contact from first meeting to closing.
