Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close PulteGroup products.
• Monitor and meet CQE goals.
• Generate leads from referrals and realtor group.
• Conduct interviews with prospects, present models, and demonstrate community amenities.
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, and HOA/club membership plans.
• Prepare paperwork for home sales and coordinate with design center, mortgage, inspection, and settlement departments.
• Keep homebuyers updated on construction progress and completion dates through closing.
• Coordinate information requests with departments and manage backlog with Pulte Mortgage and lenders.
• Regularly audit marketing collateral and community websites for accuracy.
