• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related functional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and close PulteGroup products.
• Generate leads from referrals and realtor networks.
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, and HOA/club options.
• Prepare paperwork for each home sale and coordinate with design center, mortgage, and closing teams.
• Keep buyers updated on construction progress and timelines.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Regularly tour model homes and community features to ensure readiness.
