NFI Industries is seeking a Drayage Operations Support Manager in Trenton, NJ. This role is responsible for creating and implementing Drayage systems while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of transportation experience, strong operational knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics. The position offers a salary range of $70,668.00 - $94,224.00 and a robust benefits program including Medical, Dental, and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, ideally in port or rail drayage.
• Strong knowledge of CSA 2010, FMCSR, DOT & Hours-of-Service.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement uniform drayage processes across the division.
• Monitor compliance related to data integrity and perform quality audits.
• Deliver effective training for operators on systems tools and processes.
