Qualifications

• S. diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years' experience in supply chain / logistics / transportation Account Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales/Sales Support, Operations, or related functions, required.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily operations plan in a team environment.
• Understand container port and rail drayage operations.
• Coordinate shipment availability, delivery, and timelines with shippers and carriers.
• Track shipments via phone, email, and web to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Identify delays, escalate when needed, and manage exceptions.
