Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY is seeking a hands-on operator for heavy manufacturing duties. The role requires crane and forklift operation, material handling, and the ability to adjust tooling during production to maintain quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will read and follow documentation, understand measuring devices, and communicate effectively while maintaining safety and productivity on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation
• Physical coordination to lift and move product
• Trainable with fork lift truck
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
• Ability to understand machine computer functions
• Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
• Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and/or tooling changes
