Job summary

Hobart Brothers LLC, part of ITW Welding, seeks a skilled operator to run draw benches and ensure high-quality products. You will follow work instructions, manage changeovers, read micrometers, and perform routine quality checks.

Candidates should have prior draw bench experience (preferred), be able to lift 65 pounds, maintain safety and attendance standards, and hold a valid forklift license. This on-site Ohio position offers market-competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Previous Draw Bench experience preferred.
• Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Driven, self-starting and minimum supervision.
• Commitment to safety and attendance.
• Valid Forklift License required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate draw benches to provide high-value, quality products.
• Follow work Instructions and process specs for setup and production.
• Keep track of drawbench changeovers and complete setup/changeover timely.
• Read micrometers and perform routine quality checks; enter results.
• Place nonconforming products on hold and monitor production quality.
• Report maintenance issues; communicate with team leads and maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping and be willing to operate other equipment.
