Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Draught Technician to service accounts across bars, restaurants, and on-premise locations. You will educate staff on maintenance, ensure optimal beer quality, and support brand execution through point-of-sale materials.

The role emphasizes field work, problem solving, and building customer relationships with opportunities for growth within a national network. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a cleaning schedule across all draught lines in the territory.
• Assist with draught equipment installation and setup.
• Troubleshoot basic draught system issues and respond to calls promptly.
• Merchandise and install POS materials.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through rotation and cleanliness.
• Keep company vehicle clean and secured, adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain tools and equipment needed for tasks and duties.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
