Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Draught Technician to service bars, restaurants, and on-premise accounts nationwide. You will educate staff on proper draught maintenance, implement cleaning standards, and troubleshoot issues to ensure beer quality.

The role suits someone who enjoys field work and building customer relationships. You'll visit accounts regularly, install and service equipment, rotate products, and assist with POS materials while adhering to safety and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read invoices and perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule for all draught beer lines according to agreements and local laws.
• Assist with draught equipment installation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to calls promptly.
• Merchandise and install point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through rotation and equipment cleanliness.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained and safe to operate.
• Maintain tools and perform related duties as assigned.
