Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure bars/restaurants serve top-quality draft beer. You will visit customer locations to maintain clean draft systems and foster relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No prior experience is required as training is provided on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a company vehicle to support visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Hands-on/quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to ensure draft beer systems are clean and delivering high quality pints.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders at bars/restaurants.
• Provide training and operate draft beer system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
