Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. seeks a Draught Technician to service draught systems for bars, restaurants, and on-premise accounts. You will train staff, maintain lines, and ensure optimal beer quality while building strong customer relationships.

You’ll travel to accounts, install/adjust equipment, and troubleshoot issues, with merit-based growth across the U.S. and beyond. This role emphasizes on-site fieldwork and problem solving in a dynamic beverage distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and read invoices, load sheets, job orders, and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesaler Equity Agreement and local laws
• Assist with draught equipment and/ or system installation
• Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
• Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance
• Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to company standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc. Proactively prevent unnecessary safety risk, i.e., leaving keys unattended in vehicle, parking or driving in an unsafe manner, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks (spanner wrench,thermometers, tower wrench, etc.)
