Job summary

Beverage Management is seeking a hands-on Draft Line Technician to support on-premise customers, install and service draught systems, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. The role involves problem-solving, independent work, and occasional event setup in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes durable reliability, strong communication with staff, and adherence to safety guidelines. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in service and installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn through provided training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts.
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines.
• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities and reporting.
• Prioritize multiple service requests and communicate progress.
