Job summary

Pacific Beverage Company is seeking a Draught Maintenance Technician to service and maintain draft beer systems across customer locations on a daily route. You will clean lines, disassemble faucets, inspect components, and ensure proper beer flow and product quality.

Based in Santa Maria, CA, this full-time non-exempt role requires reliable travel between accounts, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with the Sales and Draught teams to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with draught beer systems preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to travel on a daily service route.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily service schedule to clean and maintain systems at customer locations.
• Disconnect kegs and connect tavern heads to cleaning canisters.
• Disassemble faucets and clean faucets, shanks, and related components.
• Inspect seals and washers for wear or damage.
• Replace seals or minor components as needed.
• Flush lines and test to confirm normal flow and system operation.
• Travel between customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
