ARRIVE by Palisociety in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a friendly Server for Dram Yard to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with warmth and accuracy.
You will need about 1 year of server experience in a high-quality dining setting, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth are emphasized across our nationwide portfolio.

Located at ARRIVE Wilmington, Dram Yard offers Southern coastal flavors with a global twist using locally sourced ingredients in its intimate and thoughtfully designed dining room. This local favorite offers breakfast, barista service, dinner, and weekend brunch.
POSITION PROFILE:
We're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at Dram Yard.
THE TASK AT HAND:
Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience.
Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.
Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately.
Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy.
Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers.
Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required
1 year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
Clear thinker who stays calm and resolves problems using good judgment; works cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
Able to lift up to 30lbs
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
