Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose is seeking a Technical Account Manager for DRAM Business Enablement. You will drive design-in, coordinate with headquarters, and manage customer relationships to enable DRAM products across data center, PC, and consumer segments.

Ideal candidates have deep DRAM memory experience, SI/PI proficiency, and fluency in Korean and English, with readiness to travel as required. This role is onsite in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, CS or related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with DRAM memory design, architecture, or system architecture.
• Background in SI/PI and timing measurements.
• Fluency in Korean and English for technical communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer selection of Samsung for DRAM-based memory solutions for design-in and qualification.
• Engage across engineering, program management, and customer relationships to drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate with Samsung HQ in Korea to provide solutions and roadmaps.
• Organize technical communications and on-site problem solving with customers.
