Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or 8+ years with a Master's, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• Semiconductor memory experience and B2B customer-facing background.
• Strong collaboration and written communication to document expectations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead failure analysis coordination for DRAM products and report to customers.
• Publish reports tracking technical issues and manage response deadlines.
• Coordinate across global teams to align on quality requirements.
• Communicate regularly with customers and engineering teams to meet goals.
• Drive solutions to deliver consistent customer satisfaction.
