Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Product Development Engineer to advance Design-for-Test (DFT) strategies for cutting-edge DRAM technology. You will collaborate with Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Design teams to optimize test coverage, time, and throughput while debugging complex failures.

You will contribute by crafting test patterns, scripts, and architectures, applying data and physics-based analysis, and supporting new architectures and process nodes to ensure

Formación

• Experience in digital circuits and understanding defect mechanisms.
• Designing test methods and developing program test patterns for digital logic circuits.
• Debugging test patterns and scripts across software/hardware environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Unix, Perl, Shell, or C++.
• Knowledge of Verilog navigation and simulation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Test Manufacturing and Design Engineering to set priorities and improve product quality.
• Develop new DFT concepts and test architectures to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Debug and identify root causes of failures using data analysis and physical analysis techniques.
• Optimize test flows and pattern sets to reduce test time and increase throughput.
• Support testing of new architectures, process nodes, and device functionality.
