Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of plumbing-related training preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in drain cleaning or plumbing service required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning services using cable machines, hydro-jetting, and other industry tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues like blockages, backups, and slow drains.
• Provide upfront pricing and estimates, and get customer approval before starting work.
• Document notes, photos, and parts used for each job.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and proper drain care.
• Work with dispatch, customer service, and other technicians to keep jobs on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and local plumbing codes.

Physical Demands and Conditions

• May require evening, weekend, or on-call shifts
