Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components.
• Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients.
• Complete detailed service reports and communicate with homeowners before and after service.
• Maintain truck inventory levels, collect payments, and provide accurate information about each home and situation.
