Qualifications

• Skilled construction labor experience required.
• Experience with trenching, drainage work, or site preparation preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of French drains, yard drainage systems, and stormwater management solutions.
• Perform trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation activities.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Measure and mark work areas using tape measures and basic construction tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
