100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Certified Master Plumber to join our field operations in the Greater New Orleans area.

This hands-on role focuses on plumbing installations, drainage systems, French drains, stormwater management, and related construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Plumber license, bring at least five years of field experience, lead plumbing work with a safety-first mindset, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Master Plumber License/Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience with drainage systems, underground utilities, and related field work preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Oversee and perform drainage system installations, including French drains and stormwater management systems.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, field personnel, and subcontractors as needed.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop effective solutions.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
