We are currently looking for a skilled Certified Master Plumber to become a key member of our expanding field services division. This role involves direct, hands‑on involvement in a wide range of tasks, including the installation of plumbing and drainage systems, stormwater management, and various construction initiatives across the Greater New Orleans region.
Successful applicants will possess a valid Master Plumber certification and a robust background in field operations. You will be expected to guide plumbing projects while upholding rigorous standards for safety and craftsmanship. Please note that this position involves significant physical exertion and requires the ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
Core Duties
- Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing infrastructure for both commercial and residential properties
- Manage the setup of drainage solutions, such as French drains and stormwater systems, to ensure effective water management
- Analyze project blueprints, technical specifications, and site requirements to guide your work
- Verify that every plumbing installation strictly follows all relevant industry codes and local regulations
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, and other field staff to streamline operations
- Identify and resolve complex plumbing malfunctions by implementing reliable, long‑term solutions
- Manage the logistics of site equipment, including the loading, unloading, and organization of necessary materials
- Help maintain a safe and orderly job site environment for the entire crew
- Foster clear and professional communication with clients, supervisors, and fellow team members
- Deliver high-quality project results while optimizing efficiency to meet deadlines
Professional Qualifications
- Active Master Plumber License or Certification
- At least 5 years of relevant plumbing experience is highly desirable
- Background in underground utilities and drainage system installation is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening
- Capability to lift and transport equipment weighing 50 pounds or more
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and solve technical challenges on‑site
- Physical resilience to perform duties outdoors in diverse weather, including extreme heat or cold
