Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general construction safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites to support safe and efficient daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and supplies as needed.
• Perform general labor activities in support of project and trade requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
