Job summary

LRE Foundation Repair is seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to lead and manage drainage installation projects. You will direct a team of skilled technicians, ensure high-quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards on job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally is required
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to work overtime is required
• Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual a plus
• All job offers are conditional until required background check and drug screening is completed

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of drainage installation projects, including planning, execution, and final inspection
• Supervise a team of laborers and technicians, providing guidance and training
• Lead installation of drainage systems (landscaping, downspouts, channel drains, French drains)
• Ensure work meets highest standards and follows best practices
• Manage job sites for safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize schedule disruption
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and hours worked
