Job summary

LRE Foundation Repair is seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to lead and manage drainage installation projects. You will direct a team of skilled technicians, ensure high-quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards on job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally is required
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to work overtime is required
• Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English; bilingual a plus
• All job offers are conditional until required background check and drug screening is completed

• Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and company protocols.
• Site Management: Manage job sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the work schedule.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and hours worked.
