Thomas & Galbraith in Cincinnati, OH is seeking qualified technicians to diagnose and repair residential drain systems and guide customers toward informed buying decisions. You will perform service calls, complete warranty paperwork, and promote service agreements while maintaining equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing service calls and on-site repairs is preferred.
• Strong listening, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
• Detail-oriented approach to work with the ability to follow process and policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
• Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
• Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
• Track time and inventory daily.
• Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.
• Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
• Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
