Qualifications

• 1+ year drain cleaning/related plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; plumbing apprentice license a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments.
• Evenings/weekends/on-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear drain/sewer blockages using cable machines, jetters, or cameras.
• Operate sewer cameras and locators to identify line issues like root intrusion or breaks.
• Provide professional repair options and explain pricing to customers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for recurring drainage problems.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and ensure work is completed to satisfaction.
• Document service tickets with photos, videos, and notes in field software.
• Follow OSHA and safety protocols and properly handle chemicals.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, and plumbers for complex repairs.
