TurnPoint Services is hiring a Drains Technician for Dauenhauer PHA in Kentucky to diagnose, clean, and repair residential and commercial drain systems. You will work with advanced drain-cleaning tools and technology, performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers a pay range of $19.00–$25.00 per hour, flexible shifts, and a full-time schedule with opportunities for growth and training within our TurnPoint network.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year drain cleaning, service, or related plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; plumbing apprentice license a plus.
• Knowledge of drain cleaning equipment (cable, jetter, camera systems).
• Strong communication skills to explain findings clearly.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, or on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Locate, diagnose, and clear drain and sewer blockages using cable machines, jetters, or camera systems.
• Operate sewer cameras and locators to identify line issues such as root intrusion, breaks, or grade problems.
• Provide professional repair options and explain options (spot repairs, trenchless, excavation, or replacements).
• Perform scheduled cleanings and maintenance for recurring problem drains.
• Communicate findings and pricing clearly to customers; ensure work is completed to satisfaction.
• Complete service tickets with photos, videos, and detailed notes in the field software system.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, PPE standards, and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, and plumbers for complex repairs or follow-up work.
• Maintain and clean drain machines, jetters, cameras, and company vehicle daily.
