Job summary

B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque is seeking an Apprentice Plumber / Drain Technician to learn the trade by working with experienced teams on residential plumbing and drain systems. You will diagnose issues, perform services, and deliver 5-star customer service on every call.

You’ll be in the field daily, using an iPad and ServiceTitan, and will continue learning through hands-on training while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential drain cleaning, repairs, and basic plumbing services
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Perform inspections and document findings using ServiceTitan on an iPad
• Upsell repairs and solutions ethically, based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized company vehicle and job site
• Follow all safety standards, company processes, and quality guidelines
• Continue learning through on-the-job training and ongoing education
