B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque is hiring an Apprentice Plumber / Drain Technician. Learn the trade from experienced techs, diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drain systems, and deliver 5-star service on every call.

You’ll work in the field daily, represent the brand with professionalism and honesty, and grow your skills through on-the-job training and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• A valid apprentice plumber card.
• 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential drain cleaning, repairs, and basic plumbing services
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Perform inspections and document findings using ServiceTitan on an iPad
• Upsell repairs and solutions ethically, based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized company vehicle and job site
• Follow all safety standards, company processes, and quality guidelines
• Continue learning through on‑the‑job training and ongoing education
