Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years drain cleaning/plumbing service experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning using cable machines and hydro-jetting
• Diagnose and resolve blockages, backups, and slow drains
• Provide upfront pricing and obtain customer approval before starting work
• Document notes, photos, and parts used for each job
• Educate customers on preventive drain maintenance
• Coordinate with dispatch and other technicians to stay on schedule
• Follow safety protocols and local codes
