Sierra Air is seeking an experienced Lead Drain Technician to diagnose, repair and restore home drainage systems in Reno, NV. You’ll join a growing team with a strong reputation for integrity and customer service, earning through base pay plus uncapped commissions in a Monday–Friday schedule with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customers.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and restore drainage systems for customers.
• Perform drain system inspections and clear blockages with cable/hydro jetting equipment.
• Explain findings and options to homeowners clearly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Document work using ServiceTitan and maintain a clean work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Drain Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to diagnose, repair, and restore their home's drainage systems.

Responsibilities Include

• Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections
• Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately
• Repair and replace drainage components as needed
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Document work performed using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment
• ServiceTitan experience preferred

Physical Requirements

This position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow. Candidates should be able to:
