Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable recommending beneficial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections.
• Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools.
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately.
• Repair and replace drainage components as needed. Explain findings and repair options to homeowners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Document work performed using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

As a Drain Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to diagnose, repair, and restore their home's drainage systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections
• Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools
• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately

Physical Requirements

This position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow. Candidates should be able to:
