Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to diagnose and resolve home drainage issues, assess problems, explain options to homeowners, and complete quality repairs with a focus on customer experience.

About the Role

As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant, you’ll work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers’ homes. You’ll be trusted to assess problems, recommend the right solutions, and complete quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working on their own, enjoys troubleshooting, and knows how to clearly explain options to homeowners.

What You Need:

• A valid apprentice plumber card (must have endorsement)
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to diagnose drain issues and confidently present repair options to customers
