Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to diagnose and repair home drain issues in Austin, TX. You will work independently in the field, assess problems, and clearly explain repair options to homeowners while delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant, you'll work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers' homes. You'll be trusted to assess problems, recommend the right solutions, and complete quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who's confident working on their own, enjoys troubleshooting, and knows how to clearly explain options to homeowners.

What You Need:

• A valid apprentice plumber card (must have endorsement)
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
