Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin is looking for licensed service plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing, explain options to customers, and earn their trust. You will use company-provided equipment and participate in ongoing education while gaining uncapped earning potential.

You’ll train an apprentice, work with ServiceTitan on an iPad, and enjoy a benefits package including health coverage, 401k, PTO, and a company truck.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master).
• Residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong communication and sales ability.
• Ability to train apprentices.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and propose solutions.
• Explain repair options clearly and build customer trust.
• Service and repair plumbing systems (leaks, water heaters, filtration, fixtures, drains).
• Train an apprentice through hands-on guidance.
• Keep accurate service records using iPad and ServiceTitan.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend solutions that fit the customer's needs.
• Clearly explain repair options, answer questions, and earn the customer's confidence.
• Service and repair plumbing systems, including leak location, tankless and tank-type water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
• Guide and train an apprentice through hands-on experience.
• Keep accurate service records using your company-provided iPad and ServiceTitan.

What You Bring

• An active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• Residential plumbing service and repair experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present and sell recommended repairs
• The ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Comfort using an iPad and ServiceTitan
• A valid driver's license with no major violations within the last three years
