Are you a problem-solver who enjoys working with your hands and helping customers in a pinch? Pure Plumbing Company is looking for a skilled Drain Specialist to join our growing team in San Marcos, CA. We value high-quality workmanship, clear communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.

In this role, you won't just be clearing clogs—you'll be the expert diagnosing complex drainage issues and providing long-term solutions for our residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do

• Expert Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and resolving complex drainage issues using advanced technology.
• Advanced Equipment Ops: Operate power machinery including heavy-duty drain snakes, high-pressure hydro-jetters, and pipe locators.
• Visual Assessments: Perform video sewer inspections and provide customers with clear explanations of findings.
• Precision Repairs: Execute small-scale plumbing repairs related to drainage systems (traps, valves, pipe sections, etc.).
• Consultative Service: Provide upfront, transparent pricing and repair options to customers before work begins.
• Fleet Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked company vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in drain cleaning or service plumbing.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency with drain cables, hydro-jetting and sewer camera operations.
• License: A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Communication: Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in simple terms.
• Reliability: Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday on-call schedule for emergency services.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime Opportunities
• Saturday availability for rotating on-call shifts
