Daily responsibilities include:

• Clearing clogs using drain machines, cameras, and hydro-jetters
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting drainage and sewer problems
• Communicating clearly with customers and providing service options
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Responding to emergency calls when scheduled
• Accurately documenting services, equipment use, and job status
• Adhering to safety protocols and plumbing code standards
