Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least two years of professional driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Basic computer, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a planned daily service route and manage each service call from arrival through completion.
• Perform professional drain cleaning, cable work, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections.
• Diagnose drain and sewer issues using specialized equipment and explain findings to customers.
• Identify repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools in safe condition.
• Coordinate with dispatch to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
