Job summary

Wind River Environmental, LLC is seeking a drain service professional to handle high‑quality customer experiences for drain cleaning, jetting and cable work on commercial and residential service calls.

You will interact with customers, operate camera equipment for mainline stoppages, and educate clients on drain repair and replacement while coordinating with dispatch. Safety, overtime, on‑call rotations, and DOT/FMCSA compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret company policies, safety rules, and maps.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication between customers and Wind River Environmental.
• Provide camera service for mainline stoppage.
• Educate and assist customers on drain repair and replacement.
• Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
• Work with dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to work on-call rotations as needed.
