Gabriel Group is looking for a Drain Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, focusing on service, education, and homeowner confidence rather than selling. You will work in a full-time role with a schedule that includes Friday to Tuesday shifts and training weeks.

Responsibilities include diagnostic work, drain cleaning, meeting performance targets, delivering quality workmanship, and building rapport to recommend appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Proven drain service experience with a drive to grow your skills.
• Jetting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning across a variety of fixtures and systems.
• Strong verbal communicator with the ability to quickly learn iPad software.
• A motivated individual contributor who enjoys winning alongside a team.

Description

As a Drain Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while guiding customers to confident, informed decisions. Your focus is on service, education, and doing what’s right for the homeowner; not selling.

Shift

• Friday- Tuesday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (training will be Monday-Friday 8a-5p for the first several weeks)
• Friday- Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (training will be Monday-Friday 8a-5p for the first several weeks)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
