Job summary

Haller Enterprises in Lititz, PA is seeking a Drain Cleaning Technician to join our Residential Services Group. This role serves customers by diagnosing and fixing drainage issues, performing installation and repairs, and delivering quality service with integrity.

You will work from our Lititz HQ, operate with an iPad, and participate in an on-call rotation. The position is safety-sensitive and requires a valid driver's license and experience with varying drain systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of drain cleaning experience.
• Associate degree beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Jet operating experience preferred.
• On-call availability required.
• Proficient with iPad for work and professional emails.

Responsibilities

• Be an outgoing, friendly Drain Cleaning Technician who builds relationships with customers and resolves drain-related problems.
• Work in homes and businesses to clean, repair, and replace drains of all kinds.
• Identify and fix small problems before they become bigger repairs.
• Work with a team that respects each other and leans on one another when needed.
• Share knowledge with those new to the trade and provide guidance.
• Complete all jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.

About The Drain Cleaning Technician

The Drain Cleaning Technician is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our Residential Services Group. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Drain Cleaning Tech who loves to provide outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. What You Will Do

• Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Drain Cleaning Technician who builds relationships with customers and resolves their various drain-related problems.
• Work in various settings from a home to a business to clean, repair, and replace drains of all kinds.
• Pay diligence. Find and fix the small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, to do right by the customer and to help their equipment last longer.
• Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
• Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade.
• Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

What We Need From You

• 5 + years of experience in all areas of drain cleaning.
• An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Jet operating experience preferred.
• Availability to be a part of an on-call rotation.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
• Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
