• Provide clear recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
• Complete service tickets, photos, and job documentation accurately.
• Maintain truck stock, tools, and equipment.
• Deliver professional customer service on every call.

• Must be able to lift equipment and work in demanding environments

Preferred

• Plumbing experience a plus
• Commercial / multifamily service background
• After-hours and on-call availability
