Qualifications

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve issues, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety and quality.
