We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drain Cleaner to join our service team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of drainage systems by cleaning, repairing, and maintaining sewer lines and drains. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspection and Diagnosis:
    • Inspect drainage systems using various tools and equipment.
    • Diagnose issues related to blockages, leaks, or other malfunctions in the drainage system.
  2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Clean drains and sewer lines using mechanical, chemical, or water jetting methods.
    • Perform regular maintenance to prevent future blockages and ensure optimal system performance.
  3. Repairs and Replacements:
    • Repair or replace damaged sections of pipes and drainage systems.
    • Ensure all repairs are completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  4. Equipment Operation:
    • Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, including augers, plungers, high-pressure water jets, and inspection cameras.
    • Ensure all equipment is used safely and is properly maintained.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs, and preventive measures.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
