What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items following recipes and standards to ensure outstanding service and profitability. Your tasks include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and all food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
• Practicing proper food handling and storage according to regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies as needed
