What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders, and ensuring food safety and quality. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Visually inspecting all outgoing food
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items
