Job summary

BMA Group Global in Puerto Rico seeks a drafting coordinator to maintain, edit, and archive drawings and documentation for the PR-01 drafting group. You will coordinate the drawing revision and approval process and manage project reporting using site systems.

The role requires experience in drafting, CAD documentation, and revision control within regulated environments, plus strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in drafting, CAD documentation, and engineering drawing revision control.
• Working knowledge of drawing management systems and revision workflows in regulated environments.
• Ability to drive drawing revisions and coordinate revision/approval processes.
• Experience archiving engineering drawings per site procedures.
• Maintain current training on customer procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage revisions under dynamic schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication with site personnel and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, edit, and archive all drawings and documentation for the PR-01 drafting group.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and lead the approval process.
• Manage project-related reporting and coordination using the site's communication systems.
• Maintain training on customer procedures.
• Follow client and mentor procedures to assure service quality.
• Drive drawing revisions and manage approval process under a dynamic environment.
• Provide drafting and coordination support as assigned.
