Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a field service technician to support on-premise customers across North and Central California. You will perform draught line service, installations, and occasional product deliveries for events, driving within a large region with a company vehicle provided.

The role emphasizes hands-on beer systems knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
• Service equipment within state guidelines and troubleshoot draught lines.
• Complete draught line service and installs.
• Assist with product deliveries for installs and special events.
• Manage sales tools and train others on basic maintenance.
• Prioritize service requests and maintain records and logs.
