Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a full-time on-site Service Technician to support on-premise customers with draught beer systems, installs, and event setups. You will also manage delivery for installs and events and train others in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience with a draught beer system.
• Basic PC skills with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment within state guidelines and troubleshoot draught lines.
• Complete draught line service and installs.
• Assist with product delivery for installs and events.
• Manage sales tools such as samples and POS.
• Train others on basic draught maintenance.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests.
• Communicate progress to management.
• Maintain logs, trackers, and records.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain draught knob inventory and event equipment.
